NJC Scale 4, Points 7-11 (25,584-27,269) per annum pro rata

The role



The Member Services Administrator will work as part of Newry Sure Start Team to provide efficient and efficient administration and reception support for the Newry Sure Start Project and its service users. They will write, publish, update and respond to all online platforms including Newry Sure Start website, social media and email marketing platforms.

Essential criteria



At the closing date applicants, must have:

1. NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in the field of Business Administration.

2. Two years previous experience of working in an professional office environment.

3. Advanced knowledge of the following Microsoft Packages Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

4. A full current driving licence enabling the holder to drive in NI and have the use of a vehicle for official purposes or have access to a form of transport that will enable the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.

Desirable criteria



1. Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration

2. Some professional knowledge and hand on experience in business communication and the strategic use of social media platforms
