Hybrid, Milton Keynes office location with some work from home.

20 hours per week

The Role

We're looking for a

Member Services Adviser

to join our friendly, hard-working team in Milton Keynes. You'll be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members, helping with enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle member enquiries by phone and email Enter and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Create basic documents and spreadsheets (Word & Excel) Prepare and send invoices; follow up on late payments Communicate clearly and professionally with members Support the wider team to maintain high service standards

About You

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

You'll need to have:

Great customer service skills (written and verbal) Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Confidence with data entry and basic admin tasks Excellent organisation and time management The ability to stay calm under pressure A proactive, team-oriented approach Availability to work evenings and weekends
