Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, and passionate Membership Sales Advisor

to join our team.

Driving a great atmosphere for our members to achieve their fitness goals. A high-energy self-starter with a great personality. Naturally sales-focused, confident and target driven with a desire to overachieve. Approachable and friendly. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Duties

Supporting the GM in Marketing Plans - events, outreach, in-reach, charity, activities etc. Driving lead generation and outreach activity. Sales Calls - to drive sales tours and ultimately sales. Supporting the GM in Operations & maintenance of the club, incl. health & safety compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing member relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Nice to haves: Level 2 Fitness qualification Providing Member Inductions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-29,000.00 per year
