We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Anytime Fitness Oxted. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential members, promoting our services, and ensuring a positive experience for all. Your ability to connect with individuals and articulate the benefits of membership will be crucial in driving our growth and success.
Duties
Actively engage with prospective members to promote membership benefits and services.
Execute a monthly sales planner to assist the management team in achieving the key business KPI's.
Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member queries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing membership base and engagement.
Participate in community outreach events to promote the organisation and its offerings.
About You
Previous sales experience is desired, however full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
A proactive approach with a passion for building relationships with current and prospective members.
