We are now looking to strengthen our team by taking on a dedicated part-time sales consultant. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. The role is customer facing and you'll support the Club Manager in the overall running of the Club.

Ensuring the club is 100% well maintained, clean, safe and Brand Standards compliant
Create a fun environment for team members and members and instil a strong sense of community with events and challenges. Social media proficiency.
Approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.
Confident- the ideal candidate should have no issues approaching members on the gym floor, appearing on camera for social media and just being the face of the club.
Naturally sales-focused and target driven with a desire to over achieve
Resilience- ability to deal with operational / sales / customer issue resolution with a calm head
Driving new member sales initiatives through sales planning and local outreach activity
Level 2 Fitness qualification desirable but not essential
