Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Advisor who is willing to learn the values of our business to help customers choose the best fitness experience tailored to their needs.

The applicant needs to be a highly motivated and proactive individual who can generate new leads and reach above and beyond their sales targets.

The perfect candidate will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have prior experience in sales.

The candidate will also be available to advise clients on the use of our products, and will work in close collaboration with the manager on day-to-day operations, sales trajectories and customer service, club operations and standards.

What we need in the job role...



You will have a proven track record of working within a high quality sales or service environment.

A high-energy self-starter with a great personality. Naturally sales-focused and target driven with a desire to over achieve. Confident proactively dealing with new prospects via the telephone, emails, social media or face to face. Approachable and personable with a sense of fun! Have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others to ensure all members and prospects have a rewarding and enjoyable experience at the club. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to drive the superb culture within our clubs and exhibit it out in the local area to current and prospective members! You will be organised, punctual and lead from the front! You will enjoy working both within and outside the club environment, seeking opportunities to network, market and promote the club within the local community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
