Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Membership Sales & Marketing Consultant

to join our team. This role is key in driving membership growth, building community engagement, and promoting the gym through creative marketing strategies. A background in fitness or a passion for health and wellness is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales / Membership Growth

Proactively generate leads, follow up inquiries, and convert trials into paying members Conduct gym tours and consultations, clearly communicating the benefits of membership Manage CRM tools to track leads and conversions Achieve and exceed monthly membership target

Marketing/Promotions

Plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, flyers, etc.) Create engaging content and promotions to increase foot traffic and brand visibility Collaborate with management to design seasonal or themed promotions Maintain and grow the gym's online presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google)

Community Engagement

Act as the face of the gym -- build relationships with members and prospects Attend and organize local events, open days, and pop-up promotions Collect testimonials and member success stories to share across marketing channels

Skills & Experience:

Sales experience, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, or retail sector Strong understanding of marketing tools (especially social media) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work towards KPIs and targets Bonus: experience in fitness (personal training, group class instruction, or gym operations)

Role Type:

Part time Weekend availability is required for events or sales peaks
