About Us:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and people-oriented individuals to join our fundraising team. As a Membership Recruiter, you will represent Norfolk Wildlife Trust at various events and shows throughout the county, raising awareness and recruiting members to support vital conservation efforts.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role, working 2 to 4 days a week, including

Saturdays and Sundays

, where you will:

Engage with the public at pre-booked events and shows, raising awareness about Norfolk Wildlife Trust's mission. Persuade and inspire individuals to become members, helping fund the Trust's invaluable work in wildlife conservation. Work in a variety of locations, ensuring each day offers something new and exciting.

About You:

You have a genuine passion for wildlife, conservation, and nature. You're an effective communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport in face-to-face situations. You're motivated, self-driven, and have a strong work ethic. You enjoy variety and flexibility in your work, especially the opportunity to travel to new locations each week. You're available to work weekends. You hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
