MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANT - FITNESS STUDIO

PART TIME POSITION - exact days / hours negotiable

ROLE OVERVIEW

Scheduling consults Getting leads to show up to their consults Diary and pipeline management Sales consultations New client onboarding New client progress review calls Support the GM on all sales and marketing initiatives Develop partnerships with local busienss for generating new leads / referrals Create and post social media content

THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS (YOUR skills & competencies)

ESSENTIAL

Experience and an active interest / passion for health & fitness

High sales proficiency and experience with selling and closing

Highly proficient with technology & software / CRMs Highly organised - managing busy sales diary and leads all at different stages Ability to work fast, and under pressure
