The Role:




As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key part of our administration team, ensuring smooth and compliant sales processes across the dealership. You will work closely with our Sales team to deliver exceptional support and help maintain the high standards we are known for.####

Key Responsibilities:



Accurately maintain vehicle records and deal files Ensure full compliance with group and legal requirements Register warranties, service plans, roadside assistance, and GAP insurance within required timeframes Efficiently process vehicle deals and order vehicles in line with dealership policy Manage documentation flow between departments Process invoices, update customer details, and maintain stock records Handle vehicle taxation ahead of customer deliveries Provide general administrative support as needed

What You'll Bring:



Previous experience in sales administration (automotive experience preferred) High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organisational and multitasking skills Confident computer literacy and numeracy skills A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
