Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the development of sales strategies and setting of sales strategies and setting up sales targets, compiling and analysing sales figures, preparing proposals for marketing campaigns promotional activities undertaking market research, carrying out surveys analysing customers reactions to the price and promotions, handles customer accounts, discussing their requirements, reconciling the payments in the bank and keeping up with the trends and business competitors.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential members of the gym , providing information and assistance throughout the membership process

- Conduct sales presentations and tours to promote membership benefits and features

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate membership options

- Utilize our CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and member interactions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records

- Engage with current members to enhance retention

- Produce leads to convert into membership sales

- Calling prospects to get them booked in for sales tours

- Being a product specialist to support sales process

Skills:
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with English-speaking customers
- Proficient in CRM software for lead management and sales tracking
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate membership options
- Excellent sales and customer service skills to effectively promote membership benefits

This is an opportunity for a Sales executive to work together with the Club Manager to strategize and successfully implement a strong sales strategy. The successful applicant will not only take Anytime Fitness -Stratford upon avon to a leadership position within the local market, but also help to assist with running the club.

The Role

As our Membership Sales you will have a proven track record in working within a high-quality service or sales environment. A large part of the role will be sales driven, therefore outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to drive the Anytime Fitness culture within the club and to meet and exceed the members expectations. At all times you will support the Club Manager to achieve goals set for the clubs continued success and at times acting in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Sales: Achieve new member, total membership and income targets. Marketing: Development of the Anytime Fitness Brand in Stratford upon avon increasing brand awareness, new membership sales and revenue lines.
Your Commitment

This role is full /part time working 20-40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Shift patterns include morning, evening and some weekend work as per standard in the Leisure industry.

Please note we have just undergone a club transformation with the best equipment and training zones money can buy. We are looking for the right individual to really drive the business on all fronts in a multi role position. This includes, sales, marketing, social media, face to face etc.

Please note this is a maternity cover position, for initially 12 months! Looking to start 15th January.
