The IEP is currently looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Memberships and Projects Administrator ideally with experience within the Employability Sector to join their team.

Purpose and responsibilities of your job



The post holder will be responsible for file management. Creating, updating, and maintaining files on various digital platforms such as Microsoft Office and project management software. The post holder will assist with LMS administration. They will add and manage members in the Learning Management System (LMS). The post holder will be responsible for CRM administration. They will administer and manage member information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The post holder will work on document preparation. They will draft, format, and edit various documents, reports, and presentations. The post holder will work on project administration. They will Input and track data to ensure projects progress within timescales. The post holder will assist with digital communication. They will handle incoming and outgoing digital correspondence, including emails and online messages. The post holder will be responsible for scheduling. They will coordinate and schedule meetings and track progress of member applications. The post holder will be responsible for record keeping. They will maintain organised records and files, both electronic and physical. The post holder will ensure the IEP 's brand, vision and values are at the heart of all activities The post holder will carry out all duties and responsibilities, whether specified here or otherwise, in a manner that will always promote and support the company's objective of achieving continuous quality improvement in all aspects of its business. The post holder will ensure they comply with IEP confidentiality, GDPR, internal policies and information security policies at all times. The post holder will manage health and safety issues in their area of responsibility in line with the relevant section(s) of the relevant Health and Safety Policy. The post holder will provide excellent customer service to all members. The post holder will be an advocate for the IEP.
Your duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade. You are required to undertake any such reasonable and appropriate duties

Knowledge and Experience



Essential



You will have experience of working in an administrative role You will have a good knowledge of and be a competent user of IT and be able to use IT in a working environment to include Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent). You will have a good level of familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Learning Authoring tools. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to multitask; with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver work to agreed standards. Excellent written and verbal multitasking skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be comfortable working in a variety of environments: you will mostly be working from home but may be expected to travel as required.

Our Offer



Hours - this is offered as a part-time role. (25 Hours per week Monday to Friday). This could be a full time role (37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday) for the right candidate

Salary Range - 25,000 - 27,500 per annum (Pro-rata if part time)

Holiday - 20 days per year in Year 1 plus bank holidays (pro-rata) ; 25 days per year from Year 2 plus Bank Holidays

Location - Working from home but requirement to travel to meetings and events where required. Some additional IEP meetings subject to discussion and agreement. All travel for IEP business will be paid for according to our expenses policy.

Pension - Enrolment in an approved pension scheme according to Auto Enrolment requirements.
