Business Support and Project Administrator


Salary: 25-27k Dependent on qualifications and experience

This opportunity has arisen from our ongoing success and growth in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for a Business Support and Project Administrator.


As part of the Administration Team, you will be responsible for delivering fantastic administrative support across the company in line with Powersystems' strategy.

Duties and responsibilities of the role include:




Working together to support the achievement of our commercial goals by delivering fantastic support to all areas of the business as required

Management of office environment and facilities

Assisting with project related paperwork and electronic documentation / record keeping including document control

Assisting with day-to-day administration from meeting and greeting clients, taking and actioning telephone and email enquiries and any other administrative tasks as necessary to support the team

Build relationships with clients and attend project handover / project co-ordination meetings with clients, their consultants, and DNO and provide minute taking

Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for engineering teams

Taking ownership for the monitoring of all tasks on the action tracker

Producing reports, spreadsheets and presentations supporting our company-wide team

Projecting a professional image to clients and colleagues

Contribute to the future success of Powersystems UK and our clients

Uphold a professional image, contribute to Powersystems' success, and proactively improve services and efficiency.

Heres what you need to be successful in the role:




Previous experience in an administrative role

Great customer services skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

The ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly with a varied workload

Good IT skills, with experience of MS packages, databases and file sharing sites

A team player that is self-motivated, with a confident and enthusiastic attitude

Proven attention to detail and able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills

Strong organisational, time management, IT (MS Office), and report writing skills, with excellent spoken and written English.

Ability to clearly communicate technical and commercial information, negotiate effectively, and contribute to a dynamic team.

Adaptable, resilient, proactive, willing to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays, and holds a full UK driving licence.

Salary and benefits:




25,000 - 27,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

35 hour week
