Menswear Streetwear Designer Wanted
Location: Manchester (On-site)
Salary: Up to 35,000 (DOE) + Benefits
We're seeking a talented and experienced Menswear Streetwear Designer to join our in-house design team at a leading high street fashion brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual with a strong eye for trend-led menswear who lives and breathes streetwear culture. You'll play a key role in shaping collections that resonate with our customer base and reflect the latest in high street and streetwear trends.
What You'll Do:
Design commercially viable menswear collections with a streetwear focus, from concept to final product.
Research and interpret seasonal trends, fabric innovations, and street culture influences.
Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, and technical teams to ensure design vision is translated into high-quality, market-ready product.
Contribute to mood boards, trend reports, and CAD presentations.
Maintain awareness of market competitors and identify opportunities for newness and differentiation.
Attend fittings and work with factories and suppliers when necessary.
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
Solid and recent experience designing menswear with a streetwear handwriting but a high street fashion background.
A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of streetwear aesthetics, fabric choice, garment construction, and commercial awareness.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), with excellent CAD and technical drawing skills.
Strong knowledge of garment construction and the production process.
A proactive attitude and passion for fashion, music, art, and culture that informs your creative work.
Commutable to Manchester and Eligible to work in the UK
