Your Impactful Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional

mental health nursing care

aligned with individualized care plans. Skilfully administer prescribed

psychotropic medications

and treatments. Maintain precise records of mental state examinations, risk assessments, and vital signs, ensuring meticulous documentation. Collaborate seamlessly with our

multidisciplinary team

(including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists) to strategize and execute holistic

mental health care plans

. Conduct thorough

mental health assessments

and evaluations of residents' well-being. Uphold a clean, secure, and

therapeutic environment

in adherence to infection control and de-escalation measures. Communicate proficiently with residents, their families, and fellow professionals using

person-centred

and

recovery-focused

approaches. Inspire and guide junior staff, setting a remarkable example in

mental health nursing practice

.

Your Qualifications:

Active NMC registration as an

RMN (Mental Health Nurse)

with a valid PIN. Previous experience within

care homes, psychiatric units, or equivalent mental health settings

. Proficiency in

mental health clinical skills

, grounded in evidence-based nursing best practices (e.g., CPA, risk management, therapeutic engagement). Effective communication, fostering strong interpersonal connections with individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Adaptability to function independently and as a valued team player in dynamic environments. Compassionate,

recovery-oriented

, and

trauma-informed

approach to delivering care. Eligibility for
