At Rethink Mental Illness, we believe everyone deserves a better quality of life. As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, helping them achieve independence and connect with their community.



What you'll do:



Provide one-to-one, goal-focused support to people affected by mental illness. Work holistically to promote social inclusion and wellbeing. Collaborate with local teams and partners to ensure a full package of support. Empower individuals to access community resources and manage their mental health.

What we're looking for:



Experience supporting people with mental illness or in a social care setting. Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to assess needs and develop tailored support plans. QCF Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent (or working towards).
