PureCare is seeking to recruit a Mental Health Senior Support Worker for Caspian House, our brand new 16-bedded residential home in Bognor Regis, within easy walking distance of the town centre and with good access to local transport links. Shift hours are from 8.30am to 9.30pm. Pay is 13.21 per hour.
So...what do we do? In short, we help, support and encourage people with mental health issues to lead their lives as independently as possible. PureCare offers high quality residential and community support services in Sussex, Kent and Medway, and offers the best standard of support for its clients. Wherever possible, our aim is to rehabilitate our clients back into a life in the community.

Our Support Workers support clients with their cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, medication, appointments and wellbeing. As a Senior Support Worker you will be required to organise and manage your Support Workers to ensure clients receive the support they are both entitled to and deserve.
You must have the ability to work both by yourself and as part of a team. Common sense and flexibility are imperative along with a good sense of humour! You must be qualified to a minimum of QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
We currently have a Senior Support Worker position available for people who can demonstrate that they are prepared to work hard and be committed.
