About The Role

We are a small service in the picturesque seaside town of Nairn in the Scottish Highlands. We are ideally situated to enjoy all of the facilities that the town and local community have to offer and very much view this as being a key part of the service we can provide.

You may ask what makes Hillcrest unique? Well, we are a mental health service and support people with a range of mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and autism.

We are looking for dynamic, diverse people to join our team in the role of Support Worker (full time, part time or bank). You need a passion for helping people and an ambition to bring new skills and knowledge to our group.

The full time post is for 42hrs per week consisting of a 2 week rota of 3 days (week 1) and 4 days (week 2). The shift times on days are 0800 to 2000 or 0900 to 1800 with all breaks paid. Our part time posts vary from 1-3 days per week while our bank role enables you the opportunity to join us as required.

Salary and Experience

Ideally you should have previous experience (or be able to demonstrate an ability to perform to this level) within the social care field and hold or be prepared to work towards a qualification recognised by the SSSC (SVQ 2 in Health or Social Care or equivalent).
