Millcroft House
is a modern, purpose-built residential service in Leeds, offering step-down rehabilitation for men with complex and enduring mental health needs. The service supports people who are moving on from hospital-based care but still require a safe, structured and therapeutic environment to maintain progress, manage risk and build skills for more independent living.
With a focus on recovery, community integration and improving overall quality of life,

is designed to support progression at the right pace.
As a Support Worker, you will:
Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
Experience Required:
Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider team
Understanding the importance of offering person-centered quality care
