We are seeking a

Mental Health Support Carer (Nights)

to join our warm and welcoming team, providing high-quality care and compassionate support to up to 11 residents living with complex mental health needs. We're looking for someone with a professional approach, a genuine passion for care, and that special something that makes a real difference in people's lives. In this role, you will work closely with our residents, following detailed care and risk management plans, using your experience and insight to respond confidently to both physical and psychological behaviours associated with complex needs.

Pay & Bonus

Starting rate:

13.40 per hour

150 bonus

upon successful completion of the induction period
