We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.
The role:
The emphasis is absolutely CTE and TBI from professional sport and military service, including early onset dementia and full dementia.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care, supporting individuals with their daily activities, communication and social/mental needs.

If you have any form of care experience great! The Care Certificate or any Health & Social Care qualification, even better!
