What You'll Do

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers. Ensure delivery of person-centred care within supported living accommodation. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards. Promote independence and positive risk-taking for service users. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We want passionate, resilient professionals who can lead by example. To join our team, you'll need:


You must be registered with Social Care Wales Experience in mental health or social care. Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team. Full driving licence desirable.
