Our homes are calm, recovery-focused environments where staff play a hands-on role in helping people rebuild confidence and independence.

The Role

We're looking for compassionate and dependable Support Workers to join our supported-living service in Dudley.

You'll support adults with mental-health needs to live safely and independently within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and group support in daily living, including maintaining routines and emotional wellbeing Encourage participation in education, work, or community activities Assist with medication prompts and record accurate daily notes Follow care plans and contribute to positive behaviour-support strategies Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and health-and-safety standards

About You

Experience in mental-health or supported-living settings is desirable but not essential Kind, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged by us)

What We Offer

11.50 - 13.00 per hour, depending on experience Sleep-in rate: 70 - 80 per night Paid induction and ongoing training Opportunities for progression to Senior Support Worker / Team Leader Supportive management and regular supervision Permanent, part-time, or bank contracts available

Pay: 12.21-16.44 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 35 per week
