WE NEED YOU!

We are looking for energetic Mentors to join our dynamic residential childcare team, working with highly vulnerable young people in homes locally.

No experience? No problem. We will teach you everything you need to know. We value kindness, care and a willingness to learn. The rewards are boundless when you look for them, but a genuine desire to help and support our young people is crucial.

Engage in the running of our homes, this includes cleaning, cooking etc. Complete daily digital paperwork and maintaining accurate records. Use your initiative and be proactive in your support. Employ appropriate self-regulation skills to offer empathy, boundaries, reflection and kindness in your interactions. Motivate, encourage, support and actively contribute to a happy, confident and dynamic team.
