MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Manager) (Commercial Fit-outs)

Bristol

50,000 - 60,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Car Allowance + Additional Company Benefits

Do you come from a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing management background in construction and are looking for a permanent position within a company that specialises in refurbishment and fit-out projects for the commercial sector?

In this role you will work to oversee and manage MEP projects from concept to completion within a company who are passionate about further employee development.

The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chip clients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarily for clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, offices and more.

This role would suit someone from an MEP background looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

-Working as a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Manager for specialist refurbishment and fit-out projects for a range of commercial clients

-Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Project Planning, Budgets, Surveys, Design Reviews and more.

-Based out of Bristol office with regular travel to client sites across the UK

-Long-term permanent position

The Person:

-Previous experience in a similar level role

-Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing background

-Construction, Refurbishment or Fit-outs background

-Driving license

-Happy to be based out of the Bristol office with regular travel to client sites across the UK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
