Role Description

This is a full-time MEP Quantity Surveyor role located in Birmingham and /or South West. The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of quantity surveying. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure success of the projects we deliver with our clients.

Skills

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting Contract administration Conversant with the HGCRA (as amended) Experience in undertaking MEP take-off's Proficiency in Cost Planning and Budgeting Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Qualifications

Degree /HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
