The first step in your career in Reward & Talent is as a Graduate Analyst. Graduate Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a member of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions.

As a Reward and Talent Graduate Analyst, you'll dive into our integrated solutions, spanning our Reward & Talent, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices, and collaborate closely with Mercer Career's other practice lines in Executive Remuneration and Workforce Transformation.

We will count on you to:
Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams
Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organisation-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends
Analyse data related to compensation, benefits, and performance to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes, including salary structures and incentive plans
Collaborate with project teams to determine and execute the most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives
Prepare client presentations and presenting to business leaders
What you need to have:
To be eligible for this position, you must be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum of a 2:2 (or equivalent) in your degree discipline
