Our client, a luxury fashion and retail company, is looking for a driven and hardworking candidate to join their head office as a merchandising admin assistant. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, a team player and have an urge to join a team that brings together the most dynamic, inspirational talents, from expert boutique Agents to Head Office professionals. Duties:

\xef\xbf\xbd Generate accurate delivery forecasting for the weeks ahead for the wider business and Operations to review targets and plan resources

\xef\xbf\xbd Produce weekly delivery summary for department and feedback to department weekly

\xef\xbf\xbd Prioritise deliveries and workload to be in line with department and business strategy

\xef\xbf\xbd Enforce early stock deliveries for a steady flow of products during the shipping window, maximising the full-price selling period

\xef\xbf\xbd Work closely with Trade and Transport to fully understand our Shipping Terms and Customs requirements, acting as the go-between to ensure compliance

\xef\xbf\xbd Resolve all warehouse delivery queries within 24hrs

\xef\xbf\xbd Monitor weekly returns analysis report

\xef\xbf\xbd Analyse styles with high returns and take appropriate action to minimise returns

\xef\xbf\xbd Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, SOR\'s and RTV\'s

\xef\xbf\xbd Action RTV/SOR stock swaps

\xef\xbf\xbd Regularly update stock adjustment, discount and cancellation records for accurate reports

\xef\xbf\xbd Manage visibility of products on website, assigning badges to product, Back in Stock, More Coming Soon etc.

\xef\xbf\xbd Prepare weekly reports to monitor performance of your department, highlighting key findings to your team

\xef\xbf\xbd Query resolution and follow up as required by other business areas

\xef\xbf\xbd Provide administrative support as required to support the department

Experience Required :

  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional numeric ability
  • Advanced Excel knowledge essential
  • Experience in working as part of a diverse team - able to build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development
  • A strong eye for detail, great organisational skills and works to a high level of accuracy
  • Great initiative
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
