We are excited to be working with a beautiful & unique Luxury Fashion brand in London to help them find a talented eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager! The brand is on a mission to deliver comfort, creativity and celebration, with their products designed in their vibrant London studio. They sell their products through their own website and established retailers such as Selfridges & Net-a-Porter.

This is a newly created role on the team, which will report directly into the CEO & Co-Founder. It\'s a fantastic role for someone who wants to come in and make their stamp on a small but mighty team!

The Role:

  • Digital Strategy - Own & drive their digital strategy across performance marketing, eCommerce and CRM to drive sales and increase conversion.
  • Performance Marketing - Work closely with and manage their external paid media agency across PPC, Paid Social & Affiliates, challenging them and managing a sizeable budget.
  • eCommerce - Manage their Shopify website and work closely with their creative & merchandising team to align on content strategies and key dates in the marketing calendar (product launches, promotions etc.)
  • CRM - Lead their CRM strategy to increase customers and drive loyalty, schedule emails, segmentation etc.
  • Test & Learn Approach - Oversee performance marketing channel activity ensuring all channels meet ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Reporting & Analysis - Analyse and report on KPIs weekly, identify opportunities to drive growth and make recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • +4 years experience working in performance marketing & eCommerce
  • Worked for a start-up/scale-up D2C brand, ideally Luxury, Fashion or Retail
  • Agency management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong Performance Marketing knowledge - PPC, Paid Social, SEO & Affiliates
  • Experience managing websites - ideally Shopify
  • Data driven and ability to convert insights into actions
  • A can do attitude
