The Role of a Merchant Cover Manager
As a Merchant Cover Manager you will develop strong customer relationships in multiple store's offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. Locations you will cover: Aylesford, Tonbridge, Hastings, Ruxley, Rochester & Crayford
What do you need to succeed as a Merchant Cover Manager?

• Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
• Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
• Holds a valid driver's license (You will operate a van.)

What does the Merchant Cover Manager involve?

• Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty!
• Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can!
• Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
• Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we're being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.

Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 07:00 until 17:00 and alternating Saturday 08:00 until 12:00
