We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to fill the role of Merchant Services Telesales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective merchants to introduce our payment processing services and identify potential sales opportunities
Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers to understand their payment processing needs and provide tailored solutions
Present our products and services in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the benefits of partnering with [Your Company Name]
Negotiate pricing and terms with potential clients to close deals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting and customer support teams, to ensure seamless onboarding of new merchants
Utilize CRM software to track leads, update records, and analyse sales performance

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the merchant services or financial services industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of payment processing products and services (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office applications
