About The Role

Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

As our new M&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in expanding the Colosseum Dental family by identifying and evaluating new practices that could be a perfect fit for us.



Working closely with our M&A Manager, you'll be involved in the entire acquisition journey: spotting opportunities, digging into the numbers, building clear financial models and pulling together business cases that help us make smart, strategic decisions. You'll take the lead on due diligence and work with teams across the business to ensure every potential acquisition is set up for long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing and assessing potential dental practice acquisitions Creating financial models and valuation analysis to support decision-making Leading the financial due diligence process and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Presenting insights, risks and recommendations in a clear and confident way Building business cases that support post-acquisition integration and future growth Helping shape and refine our wider M&A strategy alongside the Operations team

About You

About you

Our ideal candidate will have a positive and ambitious mindset. Experience in a similar role in finance business partnering and M&A modelling is desirable, however the hunger to learn in a fast pace, high performing team with a positive attitude is the key requirement of this role.
