Mergers & Acquisitions Manager

Our M&A Manager role is a pivotal and highly influential position at the heart of our growth strategy. You will lead the full acquisition journey for dental practices joining the Colosseum family, ensuring every opportunity is assessed with rigour and commercial insight. As the strategic driver of our pipeline, you'll shape how we expand our estate ensuring that every acquisition strengthens our culture, clinical standards and long-term performance goals.


This is a dynamic, outward-facing role that requires confidence and a genuine passion for building trusted partnerships. You will spend significant time engaging with practice owners, agents and internal stakeholders, often travelling to practices to understand operational realities first-hand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking ownership of complex processes and are willing to get involved with Operational activities this role offers the opportunity to make a substantial and lasting impact on the growth of our business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the full M&A process from spotting opportunities to valuation, negotiation, due diligence and seamless handover. Build and present high-quality financial models, analysing performance, EBITDA adjustments and key value drivers. Coordinate cross-functional teams (including finance, legal, clinical & operations) to keep every deal aligned and on track. Source and assess new acquisition targets, including regular UK site visits often out of hours. Prepare clear, compelling investment papers and board-ready deal summaries. Manage a live pipeline of opportunities with accurate reporting aligned to company deal framework.
