Lant Lane Ltd (Fix Auto Matlock)

is an established Accident repair centre near Matlock Derbyshire providing a comprehensive range of vehicle accident repairs to private clients and Major insurers within the industry. We are a BSI and Insurance approved repairer and meet all quality and repair standards and performance measures.

The company has grown significantly over the last 5 years as a result of Insurance approved work and we are looking to recruit a Full Time

MET Technician to work within our Bodyshop team to support the repair and refit process.

We are looking for someone with the relevant experience and skills required to meet the industry standards and add value to our business.

Job requirements

The individual must have had direct relevant experience within the accident repair industry and must have held or currently hold a qualification for ATA MET in either City & guilds Level 3 or IMI accreditation.

In addition we are looking for someone who has experience with ADAS and is competent in ADAS calibration

The role requires the following:

The candidate must be familiar with the skills, knowledge methods and techniques required to repair & replace body components, including returning vehicle to manufacturer specification.

The candidate must also demonstrate they have relevant Mechanical skills commensurate with repair to include ADAS Diagnostics and calibration.

You must have the skills required of a modern vehicle repairer and be able to meet all safety and quality standards for the repair as well as being conversant with the Health and safety requirements of the industry.

The candidate must also demonstrate they have a minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in the repair industry.

Both skill sets should be familiar with working to industry standard repair methods as required by the Insurance industry and BSI or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,160.00-37,000.00 per year
