We're looking for an organised, proactive, and client-savvy
Meta Account Manager
to act as the communication bridge between our clients, media buyers, and founders. You won't be running or optimising Meta campaigns -- instead, you'll be owning the relationship and workflow, ensuring everyone stays aligned, informed, and confident in the process.
This is a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, internal coordination, and the smooth delivery of projects. You'll collaborate closely with our Meta ads media buyer and report directly to the founders to make sure things run on time, on scope, and with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients running Meta ad campaigns.
Lead regular check-ins, update calls, and performance review meetings.
Set clear expectations and provide consistent communication that builds trust.
Internal Coordination
Liaise between the client and the Meta ads media buyer to ensure requests, feedback, and updates are handled promptly.
Flag any bottlenecks or challenges early, and help maintain momentum on deliverables.
Coordinate timelines, meetings, and asset handovers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Reporting & Updates
Collate and deliver performance summaries (created by the media buyer) to clients in a clear and digestible format.
Present client updates and concerns to the founders for decision-making or escalation when needed.
Keep records of action items, next steps, and responsibilities across both client and internal sides.
Problem Solving & Ownership
Spot communication breakdowns or operational risks early and propose practical solutions.
Help maintain strong client retention by creating a sense of structure, clarity, and reliability.
This will be a mixture of work from home and in-office days. We typically work from the office on a Wednesday of every week, with the rest of the week being work from home.
Experience
2+ years of experience in client-facing account management or project coordination, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
Excellent communicator -- both written and verbal -- with strong emotional intelligence.
Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure.
Able to manage multiple relationships and moving parts with confidence.
Comfortable working closely with founders and senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with Meta advertising (you don't need to run ads, but you should understand how campaigns work).
Bonus Points For
Agency experience working alongside media buyers, creatives, or analysts
Exposure to tools like Slack & Monday.com
Understanding of common ad reporting tools and performance metrics.
