We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler's to join one of our clients manufacturing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in mechanical work to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.
Duties
Assemble metal componants using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
Follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction of products
Inspect assembled parts for quality and adherence to specifications
Maintain a clean and organised workstation to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Assist in troubleshooting minor assembly issues and reporting any defects or irregularities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Mechanical knowledge or experience in assembly is highly desirable
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of technical drawings or schematics is beneficial
