As a Meter Asset Management Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in our mission by ensuring efficient management of metering assets and supporting our SMART & AMR Installation Programme. Join us in making a meaningful impact on energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Process RGMA flows within industry SLAs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Support the roll-out of Smart and Advanced meters, ensuring compliance with Supply Licence Conditions
Manage administrative duties for gas and electricity siteworks, including new connections, relocations, and disconnections
Monitor, raise, and track meter and SMART/AMR faults across gas and electricity portfolios
Effectively manage the Energy Theft Process in line with industry procedures
Liaise with designated 3rd parties on deployment for SMART/AMR rollouts
Provide administrative support for frontline customer service to resolve Smart and Advanced meter queries
What you will bring to the role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with previous Excel-based experience
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a 'right first time' approach
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
General understanding of the Smart Metering Programme and functionality of Smart and AMR Meters
GCSE Maths and English Grade C (or equivalent) or above
Experience in a similar role within the Energy sector is desirable
Job Based In
This is a hybrid role assigned to our Leeds office, where you'll be based two days per week. The flexibility allows you to balance on-site collaboration with remote work efficiency.
