Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills. Develop and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.

Pay: 13.80-14.42 per hour
