Quantum Scholars are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Buckinghamshire that is seeking a motivated and experienced MFL Teacher (French and Spanish) to join their team immediately.



About the Role:



You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Modern Foreign Languages lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring a love for French and Spanish while supporting their academic progress. Requirements:


Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Expertise in teaching French and Spanish at secondary level Enhanced DBS check (must be valid and up to date) Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities Available to start as soon as possible Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have a Right to Work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:


Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish, tailored to meet curriculum objectives and student needs Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm for languages Collaborate with department colleagues and contribute to extracurricular activities such as language clubs or trips Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures
