MFTS Project & Enterprise Risk Manager

A great opportunity to join a leading aviation services organisation supporting the Military Flying Training System (MFTS). This role is critical in ensuring fleet availability, operational performance, and the successful delivery of complex, multi-site engineering and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple upgrade and modification projects, ensuring on-time and on-cost delivery Lead enterprise risk management activities and develop robust mitigation plans Conduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) using tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis Produce clear, data-driven project performance reports Develop visual management dashboards and processes to support governance

What You Bring

Strong project management experience in aerospace, defence, or complex engineering Expertise in enterprise risk management Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, SAP, or similar tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Understanding of aviation regulations (Part 145, Part CAMO, CAA/MAA) is an advantage

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or similar Project management accreditation desirable
