We are seeking an experienced risk expert to join our team as an Enterprise Risk Manager. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will also support the Head of Enterprise Risk in further embedding associated risk activities throughout the Bank, contributing to the Bank's ongoing risk management maturity.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Support the completion and continuous improvement of key enterprise risk processes, including the development of Group risk artefacts: risk policy management, risk appetite maintenance, risk taxonomy and risk framework developments;
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise risk management, providing advice and challenging the application of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) across the Bank;
Support the development of the Bank's risk data and MI strategy and framework;
Develop and implement clear standards and procedures for the aggregation and escalation of risk matters to ERC, BRC and Bank Board;
Assist with the production and analysis of risk MI for reporting to committees;
Research leading practices on enterprise risk management and develop proposals to continuously improve components of the ERMF;
Ongoing management of the Bank Risk Policy repository including co-ordinating bank wide communications as part of the annual refresh;
Lead the process for the production and quarterly reporting of the Bank Risk Culture Dashboard;
Secretary for the Top Risk Working Group and ensuring members contribute to the reporting of the Bank's principal risks;
Manage the process for the ongoing tracking embedding and reporting on the status of material policy exceptions and risk acceptance requests; and
Support the process for completing the bi-annual SMF attestation for the Group Chief Risk Officer.
