Warehouse MHE Driver

Are you an experienced and motivated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) / Fork Lift Truck (FLT) driver? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help us ensure the smooth flow of goods in our busy warehouse.

We have positions in our Syston site and our Loughborough site. Applicants may be asked to work at EITHER site during our peak period.

What you'll be doing:

Operating MHE:

Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment, including counterbalance forklifts, pallet trucks, and more.

Warehouse Operations:

Pick and pack orders accurately, assist with goods in, and prepare items for dispatch.

Maintaining the Workspace:

Help keep our warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following all health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with your team to maintain efficiency and help with continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need:

Essential:

A valid and in-date

Counterbalance license

. We will prioritize candidates with an

Aislemaster (Pivot Steer/Bendi truck)

license.

Experience:

At least 1 years' experience operating MHE in a fast-paced warehouse.

Technical Skills:

You must be comfortable using HHTs and warehouse scanners. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus!

Personal Skills:

You should have excellent attention to detail, be accurate with your work, and have strong communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Ability:

You must be able to safely lift and move heavy items, using MHE when required.
