You will play a pivotal role in implementing reporting solutions and shaping business-critical and regulatory reporting.
Hybrid working with up to 80% homeworking and 20% at our Head Office

Ultimately, this will enable our teams to shift from traditional reporting to a more insight-led approach, working collaboratively with stakeholders to shape performance narratives and drive strategic outcomes.



An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Sales and Agency MI Team for a high calibre MI Consultant. If you are the kind of person who enjoys autonomy, setting your own direction to achieve tangible outcomes and interacting with senior management then this role would really appeal to you. You'll play a pivotal role in implementing reporting solutions and shape our business critical and regulatory reporting.



You will deliver growth and risk-focused management information (MI) that supports the Sales & Agency MI Team's data-driven culture by owning and delivering innovative, timely, and relevant data and MI solutions. These solutions will empower S&A to enhance performance, assess the impact of change, and make informed strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and evaluate their requirements, designing and producing in-depth data analysis, insights, and visualisations that meet the highest standards of Board and operational reporting within NFU Mutual.

About you

You are data driven and possess a high level of Power BI and SQL understanding and use which is essential for interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Your financial and commercial acumen will enable you to navigate complex business environments effectively. With comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, you'll be adept at creating detailed reports and presentations.



You are a strong business partner with excellent influencing skills with proven stakeholder management. You'll be highly adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing change to drive continuous improvement.
