About the Role:
You'll be performing microblading and SPMUtreatments, helping manage the day-to-day clinic operations, and actively contributing to our online presence on social media. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable holding a blade as they are holding a camera -- confident in both treatment delivery and content creation.

Responsibilities:

Perform microblading treatments with precision and professionalism Support the smooth daily running of the clinic -- including cleanliness, organisation, and client experience Communicate confidently with clients -- from consultations to follow-ups Create engaging social media content (before & afters, reels, behind-the-scenes, client stories, etc.) Collaborate on campaigns to grow the clinic's online visibility and attract new clients
Requirements:

Strong experience in microblading with a solid client portfolio Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of hygiene and care Friendly, professional, and confident communication style Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content creation Self-motivated and organised -- able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision Willingness to train in additional treatments like lip blush, and progress into teaching roles. Flexibility to see the clients in our Coventry and Birmingham clinics.
