Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant, legacy system, and Google

Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.

Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Quest, AvePoint Fly) to perform and manage

migrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues in collaboration with Microsoft and

third-party vendors.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online,

SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform

Understanding and implementing end to end connect to Google Workspace and

migration tool and M365 platform

Monitor system performance, health, and security prior, during and post-migration.

Automate migration and administrative tasks using PowerShell and SQL queries.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams to ensure

seamless integration and compliance.

Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users and

stakeholders.

? Implement and enforce governance policies including DLP, sensitivity labels, and

conditional access.

Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and best practices for migration and

modernization.

Required Skills & Experience

4-8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and migration in enterprise

environments.

? Experience in Google workspace administration and migration

? Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid configurations.

? Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL for automation and reporting.

? Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

? Experience with migration tools such as Quest, AvePoint Fly, or similar.

? Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).

? Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Desirable Qualifications

? Microsoft certifications

? Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

? Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

? Experience with legacy system integration and data transformation.

Soft Skills

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to manage multiple migration projects simultaneously.

? Detail-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities



Provide technical support for operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX. Manage and maintain virtualisation environments using VMware and other technologies. Implement and manage cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS and Azure. Develop and maintain scripts using Bash (Unix shell), Python, or Java for automation tasks. Collaborate with development teams to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Troubleshoot issues related to VPN connectivity, APIs, and database management (SQL, Oracle). Ensure system security and compliance with best practices. Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for future reference.

Requirements



Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, UNIX. Familiarity with virtualisation technologies such as VMware. Experience with cloud platforms: AWS and Azure. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, Bash (Unix shell). Understanding of SQL databases and Oracle systems. Knowledge of DevOps practices is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
