Westcoast Cloud are one of the UK and Ireland's leading indirect cloud distributors specialising in managed cloud services and solutions. Westcoast Cloud have been an essential piece of the cloud channel since 2014 in the UK and Ireland and have seen our approach of educating and enabling partners to become a huge success. We have grown from 5 to more than 70 staff and we currently provide this service to partners and hold large market share across all indirect distributors in each of the Microsoft service pillars (Modern Workplace (Office 365), Intelligent Cloud (Azure) and Power Platform (Dynamics).

With further growth within our Modern Workplace team, we have the opportunity for a Modern Workplace Sales Specialist in AI to join the team.

This position is offered on a hybrid basis, working three days per week from our modern offices in Theale, Reading (near M4 Junction 12), which feature ample parking and are conveniently located near Theale Train Station.

What is the role?



This role involves driving sales, building relationships with clients, and providing AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration within organizations. To succeed you will build a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions like AI and Converged comms.

If you join us, this is what your day to day will look like:



Drive sales of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions by utilising Microsoft programs and workshops. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Identify and address business needs through MW solutions. Provide expertise and support for MW sales initiatives. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Microsoft technologies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in modern workplace solutions. Working with marketing to deliver the benefits of Modern Workplace through creative outlets such as webinars, blogs, vlogs and brochures. Work with internal account managers to drive adoption of MW solutions within their account base

Experience in sales, ideally in the technology sector Clear communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors. Excellent presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Great problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Willing to learn, adapt and develop Team player
