Mid-Level Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems from concept to production.
Create and manage 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and supporting documentation.
Carry out mechanical analyses including stress, tolerance, and thermal assessments.
Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are ready for production.
Apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Support prototype builds, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure designs meet relevant standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3-6 years' experience in mechanical design (ideally within a regulated or precision-engineering environment).
Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or equivalent).
Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
Practical experience with prototyping and testing.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
