The role
As a Midday Assistant, you will play a vital role in supervising children during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety, well-being, and good behaviour. Your contribution helps create a positive lunchtime experience for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising children in the dining hall and playground during lunch breaks
Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring safety at all times
Assisting children with any needs during lunchtime
Supporting staff with maintaining a clean and orderly environment
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with children and has a caring nature
Is patient, reliable, and approachable
Can work well as part of a team
Has good communication skills
Is willing to undertake any necessary training
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals keen to support children's wellbeing.
