St Mary's Catholic Junior Academy is seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive

Midday Supervisor

to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will help ensure that lunchtimes are safe, positive, and enjoyable for all pupils, supporting their wellbeing and fostering the values of our Catholic school community.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise children during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and in the playground. Promote positive behaviour, ensuring pupils follow school rules and expectations. Encourage active play, inclusion, and positive social interaction. Assist with setting up and tidying the dining hall as required. Provide basic first aid and respond calmly to minor incidents. Support the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is warm, approachable, and committed to children's wellbeing. Has good communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team. Is vigilant, responsible, and confident in managing behaviour. Can use initiative while also following school procedures. Is supportive of the Catholic ethos of St Mary's.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 3,775.05-3,895.02 per year

Expected hours: 6.25 per week
