Job description
We are seeking to appoint two Midday Supervisors to join our lunchtime team. The successful candidates will be required to supervise pupils during their lunch break and must be willing to engage in play activities with the children and oversee various group games outside.
You will have:
Patience and the ability to relate well to children
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Skills in behaviour management of children
The skills to lead positive play on the playground at lunchtime
A willingness to undertake any appropriate training

The role will involve:
Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
Engaging the children in purposeful play
Acting as a first aider
Creating positive lunchtime experiences for all children
